About Me

Pronouns: she/her/hers

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health centers, university counseling centers, and group private practice. After receiving my doctorate, I worked at Deep Eddy Psychotherapy, where I received training in depth-oriented, emotion-focused therapy for both individuals and groups. In all of my work, I have a particular passion for social justice and in providing a safe and healing space for members of marginalized communities. Outside of work, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, running, hiking Austin trails, watching sports, and spending time with my wife and dogs.

Education:

I completed my undergraduate education at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where I graduated summa cum laude. I completed my master's and doctorate through the Counseling Psychology program at The University of Texas at Austin.
